PRIVACY & DATA
Privacy & data
This notice from Jazzen Chen, the developer of Agent HUD, applies to the Agent HUD support, reward-license request, waitlist, and testing forms.
What I save
Reward-license requests only ask for your email address and a public post or merged PR link. Other forms save the name, email address, platforms or features you pick, and issue or use case you submit, plus your app version if you choose to provide it. All submissions also save a reference number, type, category, submission time, and handling status. Please don’t include passwords, API keys, or unrelated personal information.
How I use your information
I use this information to email you when Agent HUD Remote licenses go on sale on the web, review test requests, coordinate testing, review reward-license requests and arrange redemption, reply to questions, and improve Agent HUD. Joining the waitlist or submitting a request does not guarantee test access or a free license. I won’t use your contact information for unrelated promotions.
Who can access it
Submissions are not displayed publicly. Viewing, exporting, and managing records requires an admin login. Providers of hosting, storage, visit analytics, and abuse prevention process the data needed to deliver those services.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept as needed to handle requests, review reward-license applications and arrange redemption, send the launch email, and organize testing. There is currently no automatic expiration. To correct or delete your information, choose “Other” in the support form, use your original email address, and include your reference number. I’ll handle the request after verification.
Your browser and verification
